Each Realtor approved for membership in our nationwide network will have rights to usage of the RelocatingToInc.com Web site, via lease agreement, for his or her designated geographic area. The Realtor will meet the following criteria and will comply with these rules and regulations. The individual: 

• Must meet the application requirements of RelocatingToInc.com.
   
• Must be a Realtor in good standing with his or her local / state / national Board of Realtors  and / or MLS organization.
   
• Must remain up-to-date – and adhere to - real estate law, changes and developments, and industry best practices.   
   
• Must remain current and up-to-date in payment of all fees.
   
• Must at all times be in compliance with RelocatingToInc.com Code of Ethics and Mission Statement.
   
• Must maintain the assigned RelocatingToInc.com Web site(s) and business practices in such a way as to convey a commitment to ethical professionalism, accuracy, honesty, integrity, quality, and positive participation in the organization.
