Realtor Application
Who are we looking for?
Good question! We feel that membership in any group should be looked over in very fine detail. After all, this is your reputation you are putting on the line. We feel the same way. This is not a come one come all network. Back to the question, who are we looking for? Those who have: - a strong record of experience in the relocation industry. - excel at customer service and love being in real estate. - a support team in place. - been and are a market leader. High consideration will be given to those who have good production in sales volume by units or dollars sold. Emphasis will also be given to real estate designations such as: CRP, CRS, ABR, QSC. It is also important to point out that there is not a referral fee to pay. Your fee to join and low monthly commitment is all you pay. If you find yourself in a location that is larger than you can effectively cover it is expected that "you" would refer the buying or selling client to someone with the same qualifications as what Relocating to Inc .com expects and then “you” collect the referral fee, all of it. Please click on the button below to download the Realtor Application form. This section involves filling out a three page form that will ask some questions about you, your company, and your credentials. Have the following information ready: - Company Information (including office phone and fax numbers, etc.) - Licensing information (state of issue, designation, type of license, etc.) - Realtor Board / MLS Affiliation (you must belong to at least one RB/MLS) - E&O Insurance (insurance company, agent's information, effective date, etc.) - References (at least one reference is needed for membership consideration) - Credentials/Certifications (current designation(s) and year achieved) - Volume Sold (last 3 years units & dollars) Once you have gathered the above information and are ready to proceed you will be ready to fill out the form. When you finish, you will have a chance to review your information and go back to change it. After the data is correct you will use the submit button to send the data to us. Completing and submitting the application form will allow us to make an approval decision regarding membership. The review and check of information generally takes about 10 days. All applications will be reviewed as they are received. |
